Assets
In this section a broker can find information relating to the customers assets that have been identified and / or declared by the clients.
Middle is only able to currently identify in full select banking related assets (transaction accounts etc.) that are available through the clients banking data. For property assets, we can provide an identified value via CoreLogic property valuation figure.
Other assets such as cars, superannuation etc. can be manually declared by the applicants.
We categorise assets into expandable accordions by:
Identifiable assets
- Connected accounts
- Property
Manually declared assets
- Additional savings, shares & superannuation
- Motor vehicle
- Home contents & other assets (everything else!)
Connected accounts
If your client(s) decided to connect any of their bank accounts, you'll find them listed here. The total identified value should be equal to the sum of each applicant's share. Note that when we pre-populate this value, it pre-fills under the applicant who connected the account. It is then up to the primary applicant to apportion 50% to the secondary applicant if it is a shared account, or they can leave 100% of the value under their share.
Property
All of the applicants’ property information will be listed here.
You can expand open each card to view additional information relating to the property asset that we have identified from the client declared information as well as our 3rd party data sources(where available). This includes information such as property information and corresponding liability information related to the property asset.
Savings, Shares & Superannuation'
All of the applicants’ Savings, shares and superannuation information will be listed here.
Motor vehicles
All of the applicants’ motor vehicle information will be listed here.
Home contents & other assets
Any declared home contents & other assets will be listed here.
