Client transactions & analysis

Access up to 12 months of transactions from your client's connected accounts including income credits, spend by category and graphs showing trends over time, all in Excel. Download this from the Finances page.

Each report will provide you with the following information

  • List of Accounts - Allows broker to view a list of all accounts used to generate this transactional report
  • All Transactions - Allows brokers to view list of All Transactions identified from a clients' accounts. Using this sheet Brokers can recategorise or remove transactions. Changes made to the data in this sheet will flow through the entire spreadsheet.
  • Total Expenses - Allows broker to view aggregated monthly expenses over a period of 12 months
  • Expense Analyser - Allows broker to analyse expenses at a specific category level over a period of 12 months
  • Total Income - Allows broker to view aggregated monthly income credits over a period of 12 months
  • Income Analyser - Allows broker to analyse by source and frequency over a period of 12 months

What if I can't see the Transaction Listing excel file?

This may be for a number of reasons:

  • Both applicants have not completed the Financial connections / Bank connect step and the Primary has not progressed past the confirm accounts screen.
  • BASIQ failed to find any transactions from the accounts connected by your client.
