🤔 What is the Knowledge Base?

The Knowledge Base is our central learning and development centre that brokers can use to learn about Middle and our amazing technology products. Materials within the hub have been developed to help brokers:

• Understand how get the best out of Middle's products
• Learn about our client facing experiences
• Get to know the benefits of Middle's products for brokers and their clients

Broker's can access the Broker Hub through the broker portal as well as through direct links which will be provided by your aggregator's learning and development team.

Materials in the broker hub are live documents and will be updated as our existing products evolve and new products are released.

❓ How do I use the Knowledge Base?

Brokers may navigate to relevant materials using the navigation bar on the left hand side of the page.
Materials are designed to provide brokers with both introductory information, which can be found at the top of each relevant section, as well as more detailed step by step guides, which can be used by brokers to learn the detail of our platform and troubleshoot should you or a client have an issue.

If you are using Middle for the first time and are wondering where to start we would suggest starting with the Quick Start Guide followed by reviewing individual steps within each product for further detail.
