Optionally add Equifax enrichment to a Discovery Journey (5 per broker per month at no cost, then a heavily discounted $7 per applicant)

Finsure exclusive plan

Through our partnership with Finsure, we are excited to offer an exclusive plan to Finsure Brokers: Your base platform cost will is $0per broker per month!

You'll receive 5 complimentary Equifax reports per broker per month. Equifax usage beyond your complimentary reports is charged directly to you on an as-used basis.

What are access permissions?

With the Professional plan, you can edit access permissions. This gives you the ability to nominate which brokers and assistants within a brokerage can access each other's Discovery Journeys.

Optional Equifax enrichment charging

*A charge will be incurred in the following circumstances:

You've opted in to optional 'Equifax data enrichment' during the Create Discovery Journey process
- You've turned on in Preferences the 'Equifax data enrichment by default' setting which applies to any client coming in through your Referral link.
Client has provided their Australian Driver Licence and;
Upon successful KYC ID check, we receive a response from Equifax (excluding ‘no report exists’).
If your client is unable to verify their ID then no Equifax call will be made and no charge is incurred.

No charge is incurred during free trial periods, or within your plan's free Equifax report entitlement (Essentials: 2 per broker per month, Professional & Finsure Exclusive: 5 per broker per month)
