Review & submit

A summary of the customer's responses will be played back for them to review.
If they are happy, they can hit 'Submit'. This will close their ability to edit the Discovery Journey and leave it with you to review the information in the Middle broker portal.

If you need additional documentation after the fact-find has been submitted, you can go ahead and request more documents in the Broker Portal and that will re-open the Discovery Journey for the customer to add those documents and re-submit.
