Yes! Middle sends your Credit Guide to your client(s) in a separate email to their Middle invitation email.

When does Middle send my Credit Guide?

Your client(s) will receive your Credit Guide email after they log in, accept our Terms of use & progress past the Discovery Journey introduction / welcome screen.

How do I know if my client(s) has received my Credit Guide?

You'll be CC'd in the Credit Guide email when we send it. Additionally coming soon, a time stamp of when the Credit Guide email was sent is available by:

• Opening the Applicant progress tracker within a Discovery Journey
• Generating a PDF of your Discovery Journey

What Credit Guide does Middle use?

If you're with an integrated partner, we'll source your Credit Guide from your aggregator CRM. You also have the option to override it by uploading your own in Preferences. If you're not with an integrated partner, we'll use the Credit Guide file you provided upon signing up. Having issues? Get in touch at [email protected].

Quick tip: every time your Credit Guide updates, remember to generate one from your aggregator CRM so that Middle knows to use the latest version.

Can I disable the auto-send Credit Guide feature?

Yes! You can turn off the auto-send feature by going to Preferences and toggling the switch to 'Off'. If your client didn't receive a credit guide, double check this setting to make sure that it hasn't been turned off.
