We recommend sending a Discovery Journey from Middle, not Infynity

When you send a DJ from Middle, you have extra functionality including pre-filling client information, requesting documents and configuring preferences. Learn more here: https://broker-docs.middle.finance/docs/sending-out-a-discovery-journey

To send out the Middle Discovery Journey, follow the steps below:

1. Login to Infynity

2. For any new lead, make sure the following mandatory fields are complete and accurate for both the Primary and Secondary Applicant in the case of a joint application.

• First name + Last name
• Email (sent to the wrong address? Edit client email in the Broker Portal!)
• Phone number
  OR for existing leads, ensure the mandatory fields above are complete and then continue with the following steps.
• Who the Primary applicant should be

3. In the Client Account navigate to the 'Fact Find' tab (formally 'Client centre' tab)
4. Click on 'Send Fact Find' and select your preferred method as Middle
5. Make sure your client is eligible for Middle by reviewing the 'When to use Middle' information as shown.
6. Select Application type
7. Agree to the Middle Terms of use
8. Select 'Send invitation' and the applicant(s) will be sent the link to start the Middle Client Discovery Journey direct to their email inbox!
9. A Middle fact-find tile will now appear keeping you updated on the completion status

Note A credit guide will be sent to the client once they start the Discovery Journey. Read more
